At the moment, our team of employees consists of:
- Center coordinator, graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Management department, within Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iaşi, class of 2007; license in the field of management. Volunteer of the Myosotis Romania Association during 1998-2003. And Project Coordinator of the Youth Volunteer Center during 2003-2007; Executive Director of the Myosotis Romania Association since 2007; founding member of the Myosotis Romania Association (Mihai Popa).
- Social worker, graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social – Political Sciences, specialization Social Assistance within Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iaşi, class of 2012; employee of the day center since November 2013; Since 2014, the social worker is enrolled in the Romanian College of Social Workers; Specialization stage Principal (Rusu Elena)
- Psychologist, graduate of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Department of Psychology, within the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iaşi, class of 2007; mastets degree in Psychosocial Intervention and Psychotherapy, at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, class of 2009; graduate of the Pedagogical High School Alexandru Vlahuţă, Bîrlad, specialization teacher – educator, class of 2003; employee of the Casa Esme Day Center since July 2007; currently attending training courses on narrative therapy and systemic therapy for couples and families (Dobrin Loredana)
- Pedagogue, graduate of the Faculty of Psychology within the Spiru Haret University of Brasov, class of 2008-2011, is an employee of the day center from August 2019 (Pop Alina)
- Specialized educator, graduate of the Faculty of Psychology within the Ecological University of Bucharest, class of 2007-2010, master Cognitive psychodiagnosis and psychological Counseling at the Ecological University of Bucharest, Promotion 2010 – 2012; in 2013 he graduated the course Occupational Therapy for People with Mental and Mental Disabilities held in Bucharest by the Association of Therapy through Art and Play; is an employee of the day center from May 2013 (Hogaş Mirela Elena)
- Specialized educator, qualified according to the Graduation Certificate of the specialization program; employee of the day center from March 2020 (Antohe Diana-Georgiana)
- Administrative personnel, high school graduate (Cernat Paulina Daniela)
